Problems With Your Order

Please review your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there is a problem, so we can make it right. When calling, please have your order number ready.

Modifying Order

If you need to modify your order please email marketplace@occasionscaterers.com to request changes as soon as possible. We will try our best to make accommodations. If changes produce an outstanding balance we will charge the original credit card used to pay the remaining balance. If credit back is owed due to modifications, we will refund you the credit owed, minus the 3.5% processing fee.  

Cancellations + Refunds

Refund requests must be made 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. If the request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a 3.5% processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Note that we cannot accept returns on gift card purchases.
